Metabolic Interval

At Four Pines Fitness you don’t see rows of cardio equipment, like you do at most gyms. We use a much more effective (and a lot more fun) way to do “cardio”. Our Metabolic group sessions are our version of a cardio workout. They burn calories, get your metabolism revving and give you the cardiovascular benefits you are looking for.

Research has continually shown that interval training is the most effective modality for fat loss. We utilize interval training in a structurally balanced program incorporating exercises in multiple planes of motion and using the most advanced fitness equipment such the TRX, kettlebells, sleds, ropes, sandbags, air dyne bicycles and more into an interval-style workout. You’ll have a blast and you’ll torch fat!


High School Fitness

Our strength and conditioning program for males and females ages 14-18.  No prior fitness experience required.  Complementary fitness and movement screen is required.  Each member has their own program sheet tracking their progress ranging from daily notes to sets and reps used. These small group workouts (max 10 per group) have built in progressions and regressions and will focus on overall strength, mobility, conditioning, and technique.  This program will not only help you reach your goals, increase performance,  and gain confidence,  it will set the foundation for a lifetime of fitness.


Kids Power Hour

Kids need to move.  Our kids power hour is the perfect place for 11-14 year olds to learn fitness foundations, work off some energy, and create a healthy lifetime habit.  


Nutrition Coaching

One nutrition coaching session is included in your Silver, Gold, or Platinum membership.  For those who want more, we offer 8, 12, and 16 week nutrition coaching programs tailor made for you and your goals.​
